Online tickets are valid for 7 days from the chosen date. No refunds are permitted on purchased tickets. Tickets are non-transferable.
Discounted resident rates require valid South African ID or proof of SADC residency at the gate. Student tickets require a valid student card from a South African institution.
Visitors must comply with all garden rules and regulations. The garden reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these rules.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Promotional discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
